TIMER RELAY BOARD
The Universal Timer Module has been designed to provide eight field programmable
functions controlling a SPDT relay from 1 second to 99 days. Powered by
12v DC this unit caters for either positive or negative triggers and incorporates
Fail Safe and Fail Secure operation.
Four banks of DIP Switches are provided for programming operation mode.
•One Shot - Applying trigger activates relay for selected time.
Trigger input must be removed and reapplied to reactivate.
•One Shot Retriggerable - As for One Shot except where the input
is re triggered the timer starts again.
•Strobe Reset - Requires momentary trigger to be applied, relay
will activate for preprogrammed time.
•Clutch Relay - Applying trigger voltage causes relay to change
state. Remove and reapply trigger forces the relay to change state. No
timing function in this mode.
•Programmed Pulse - Applying trigger causes relay to operate for
one second at intervals selected on dip switches. Operation ceases when
the trigger is removed.
•De bounce - Applying trigger causes relay to activate for programmed
time. Relay remains activated until timeout, regardless of trigger being
removed. If input remains triggered after timeout, relay remains activated
until trigger is removed.
•Stand Off Timer - Ideal for DOTL alarms. Timing commences when
trigger is applied. If trigger is removed before time out, relay will
not activate. If trigger remains after time out, relay will activate.
•Fail Secure - The relay does not change state during power failure.
•Fail Safe - The relay is energised when the trigger is not active.
Relay will de-energise, releasing power to the door locks during power
failure.

What is INOX?
INOX is a anti-corrosion, anti-moisture lubricant.
What makes INOX different to other WD type sprays?
INOX is made using a high grade machine oil base, contains no silicon,
acid, kerosene or diesel, whereas other WD type sprays are made using
a kerosene or solvent base.
The INOX finger test.
This is a very simple test to show the quality and durability of INOX.
On the first finger of one hand, spray WD40, CRC5.56, RP7 or any one of
the other WD type products and rub the finger and thumb together vigorously.
On the first finger of the other hand, spray INOX. Rub the finger and
thumb together the same way. After about 20 - 30 seconds the finger that
has been sprayed with the WD type spray will start to become dry and lose
its lubricating ability whereas the finger that has been sprayed with
INOX will continue to stay wet and slippery.
Where do we use it?
INOX can be used freely around your gate automation and gate. Hinges,
wheels etc. Spray liberally and then with a cloth wipe over and watch
the amazing clean and shine ability.
