R40 AUTOMATIC GATE OPERATOR

The TAU R40 is a low voltage underground motor for swing gates up to 3.5 metres wide. This motor is used extensively on "battle axe blocks" with limited side room due to the fact it requires no posts to be installed.

12 VOLT ELECTRIC GATE OPERATOR - RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL - 3.5 METRE LEAF

Manufactured by TAU in Italy the R40 is a 12 volt swing gate electro mechanical operator designed to be installed under ground. No side room is a major feature of this operator needing virtually no posts or side room at all. The operator installs neatly below the gate. The R40 is a non reversible operator with key operated manual override. It's powerful motor is suitable for gates to 3.5 metres wide and has built in opening stops. The R40 basically comes as two parts - 1. The motor itself 2. The foundation box.

The R40 uses the K50 logic controller and optional battery backup and the enclosure features a built in battery holder. Simply add a battery and you have emergency power. The K50 logic controller has full features including end travel slow down.
