Our range of ready made gates and panels have been designed and engineered for strength. All external framework is from large 38x38 box section with all internal uprights from 20x20 box section. All joints are fully welded on top. Driveway gates all have braces at 300mm high to guard against sag and provide a fixing point for automation that is up off the ground. |

All gates and panels are finished with excellent layer protective treatment.
We start with steel which has been galvanised (zinc phosphate treatment) during manufacture.
After we have manufactured the gates and panels they are then bathed to remove oil, dirt and grease.
Next we apply a Zinc-rich Epoxy coating which is baked on. This coating not only aids in protection against corrosion but also acts as a primer ensuring the top coat adheres firmly.
Finally the top polyester powdercoat layer is applied and once again the gates and panels are baked. |

The entire range of Ready made gates and panels have been
designed to go together and make installation as easy as possible. Things
like all double gate hinges being top quality Italian made hinges which
not only have bearings and will open a full 180 degrees but they are fully
adjustable for both gap and height adjustment. Posts are long enough that
they can be either concreted in or cut to size for wall fit. It's all
about ease of install.
